Foundation - Mott Foundation
Grant Purpose - This grant increase to Bishop International Airport Authority will provide partial support for the continued development of an intermodal hub at Bishop International Airport. The intermodal hub will allow cargo and goods to move from one form of transportation to another, and will increase the region's capacity to recruit and retain employers that utilize a cargo infrastructure. In partnership with the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce, the intermodal hub is being designed to help diversify the regional economy, support and expand existing industries, and create and retain good jobs.
