Grant Purpose - The Bank Information Center supports developing country organizations in their efforts to influence the social and environmental impacts of multilateral development bank-financed projects and policies. It provides information dissemination and capacity-building activities, networking and coalition-building expertise, and advocacy support. This grant increase will support the general purposes of the Bank Information Center, including expenses for a strategic planning conference and for planning around the 50th anniversary of the Inter-American Development Bank.
