Grant Purpose - The purpose of this grant to Opportunity Finance Network is to ensure broad awareness and understanding of the potential of Community Development Financial Institutions to contribute to sound, sustainable future policy solutions to the existing credit crisis. This funding will enable the grantee to produce and distribute informational and educational materials chronicling the solid track record community development credit unions, community development banks, and community development loan funds have achieved in lending to low-income borrowers. This educational campaign will be aimed at policy organizations, the media, and other financial interests.
