Grant Purpose - The program goal is to support the continued organizational and programmatic development of the International Center for Transitional Justice, which was established in 2001 to provide assistance to countries grappling with past human rights abuses. The center operates in more than 30 countries, including the Balkans and South Africa, providing research, technical assistance, and policy recommendations to governments and civil society organizations.
