A small group of concerned citizens from Delaware has successfully raised funds in the amount of $213,000 to add to the $100,000 matching donation from Delaware Community Foundation’s African American Empowerment Fund of Delaware.
The funds raised will be utilized to help save the historic Hockessin Colored School #107 building.
