Grant Purpose - This grant will support an external assessment of Magnet readiness at Washington Hospital. The project funds will be used to contract with an external consulting firm in order to obtain a Magnet readiness assessment. After an on-site consultation, the consultant will provide: clarification/interpretation of Magnet forces; gap analysis of Washington Hospital's progress towards achieving compliance with Magnet requirements; recommendations to rectify gaps; and written documentation of findings.
