Grant Purpose - This renewal grant to Public/Private Ventures continues support for an impact study of three sectoral employment programs: the Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership in Milwaukee, Jewish Vocational Services in Boston, and Per Scholas in the Bronx. The purpose of the study is to provide highly credible evidence to policymakers and practitioners about the ability of well-designed and well-implemented sectoral employment programs to produce significant increases in the employment and earnings of low-income workers.
