The Oklahoma City Community Foundation serves as the conduit through which donors can build endowments that support charitable causes.
The foundation was established in 1969 through the leadership of oilman and philanthropist John E. Kirkpatrick along with eight fellow community leaders. Since that time, its impact on the community has been built on the generosity of thousands of donors who have come to the foundation as the avenue through which they can accomplish their charitable goals.
