The Greater New Orleans Foundation



Established in 1983, the Greater New Orleans Foundation is the regional leader of philanthropy, with assets of $192 million, of which $117 is endowed.

Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded over $100 million back into the community through grantmaking. Every day, GNOF joins other foundations, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, experts and government officials to address the needs of the community and to build consensus for solutions.
