Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin

The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin was started in 1992 as a tax-exempt public charity. We receive and invest tax-deductible gifts and distribute a portion of the earnings through grant awards to enhance the quality of life in southern Wisconsin and beyond. We currently have over 500 funds supporting an array of charitable interests including the arts, education, the environment, health and human services, and historic preservation.
