The Community Foundation of Frederick County

The Community Foundation of Frederick County is an organization that speaks to those who live in Frederick County, who love the community and want it to be the best it can be and who strive to leave a lasting legacy for its continued prosperity.

Every day, we work with donors who want to establish new funds with us or contribute to funds we already hold - funds aimed at promoting a range of worthy causes. We manage these funds and invest them for long-term growth, holding most in perpetuity. With portions of the funds or their investment return, we distribute grants and scholarships that touch and transform the lives of so many Frederick County residents.

Our impact is for good, forever, for Frederick County.
