The Conservation Services Group, a non-profit firm based near Boston, received a grant from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation to promote residential energy efficiency.
The grant will be used to fund a program that will establish a Multiple Listing Service category for the residential estate market that will enable owners to evaluate a home's energy performance before it is bought.
