Australia's ambassador to Nepal has released a book to help kids in the country learn about eye health, Australia's News Network reports.
"As young patients wait for treatment, they will now enjoy activity-based learning about eye health and the partnership between Dr Sanduk Ruit of [the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology] and Australia's Dr Fred Hollows to support health services in Nepal," says Australia's ambassador Felicity Volk in a press release.
The activity book is full of fun activities for kids to do while they wait for treatment, including playing with beads, swimming, and dancing.
It was designed by Australia-based social entrepreneur Sandra Fiedeldy and a team of Mithila artists from Nepal.
