Heartland Hope Mission has put 12 Grandridge Apartment residents impacted by the flood into hotels.
The nonprofit is looking for more funds to help their efforts.
Omaha City Councilwoman Aimee Melton was on site last week, connecting flood-impacted residents with the Heartland Hope mission.
