Gina Rinehart is Australia's richest person, and she's not happy about two portraits of her on display at the National Gallery of Australia.
The oil portraits by Vincent Namatjira are "unflattering," Rinehart says, and she's asked the gallery to remove them.
"Suppressing artistic expression is no small matter, and doing so because the subject of a painting disliked the way they were depicted would be a frightening precedent to set," Rinehart writes on her website.
"I paint people who are wealthy, powerful, or significantpeople who have had an influence on this country, and on me personally, whether directly or indirectly, whether for good or for bad," Namatjira tells the Sydney Morning Herald.
"Some people might not like it, other people might find it funny, but I hope people look beneath the surface and see the serious side too."
The NGA has so far declined to remove the portraits, which are part of a larger exhibit called "Australia in Colour," the Guardian reports.
Rinehartwho is also the chairwoman of the Australian Olympic Committeeis Australia's second-richest person, with a fortune estimated at $5 billion.
She is also the chairwoman of mining company Hancock Prospect
