Community Foundation Unveils $15M Fund For Affordable, Permanent Supportive Housing
Foundation: Austin Community Foundation
The Austin Community Foundation has raised $15 million for its Housing Accelerator Loan Fund.
The fund already has provided funds to two projects: $2 million for the Cady Lofts permanent supportive housing development and $2.5 million for an undisclosed project.
The goal is to add another $10 million in capital to the fund from philanthropic organizations interested in adding affordable housing throughout the city.
