The Work In Enid Award & Fund was created by the Enid Regional Development Alliance and the Cherokee Strip Community Foundation.
Recipients must have lived outside Enid before relocating to receive the award.
The award is a tool for employers to recruit talent for positions that may be difficult to fill, an official says.
The program will help grow families, home ownership, quality of employment and the overall prosperity of Garfield County.
