Foundation: Lapeer County Community Foundation
The Lapeer County LEAF is a Children's Savings Account (CSA) program that operates under the belief that asset-building is one of the most effective strategies to increase postsecondary attainment.
An endowment of $1.3 million would ensure that every incoming Pre-K/Kindergarten student would be supported in pursuing postsecondary education, leading to prosperous and healthy futures.
