Foundation: Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta
The city of Atlanta is about to get its tallest building in more than 30 years, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The new 730-foot tower at 1072 West Peachtree will be a mixed-use high-rise with at least 350 luxury rental homes, Class A office space, and street-level retail, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
It will be home to the city's largest outdoor amenity deck, offering sweeping views of Atlanta.
The building will rise more than 730 feet.
