If you have a child between the ages of 7 and 17, and you live in Chester County, Pa., you may want to get in touch with the Chester Children's Chorus.
The nonprofit is holding open auditions for kids in that age range on Friday, April 22, at the Swarthmore College campus, and it's looking for singers to join its year-round music and math education program, which has seen a 20% drop in enrollment since the H1N1 pandemic began, Philly.com reports.
"They may not be able to fully explain how they're feeling but music can help them process those feelings," says Chorus Executive and Artistic Director John Alston.
"Music allows children to express themselves without judgment.

Auditions will be held from 5-7pm at the CCC office.
