Foundation: Lapeer County Community Foundation
Foundation grant to replace equipment for county dive team.
Lapeer County Community Foundation recognized the importance of the dive team and authorized a grant of $8,463 to the sheriff's department.
The board also voted recently to cancel its holiday meetings scheduled for Nov.
1 and Nov.
2.
It also approved the creation and hiring of two temporary imaging clerk positions for the purpose of scanning a backlog of county files.
