The Safeway Foundation has awarded Palo Alto Medical Foundation officials with a $60,418 check as part of $2 million in grants it will give back to community health programs and hospitals in the Bay Area and nationwide.
According to Larree Renda, Safeway Executive Vice President and Chair of the Safeway Foundation, they are committed to strengthen communities, create pioneering programs, expand services and implement new strategies to support the health of children and teens.
