The Fairfield County Community Foundation in Norwalk has named Suzanne Peters as director of its Fund for Women and Girls. She will be responsible for the fund's long-term strategic planning, grant making, donor relationships and asset development.
A Stamford resident, Peters most recently was a senior strategist and corporate relationship manager for Inroads, an international nonprofit group that places minority college students in internships and professions. She managed the financial services sector.
Before her nonprofit work, Peters worked for Citibank and Citigroup in marketing and product management roles.
