The Elizabeth Lee Black and Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation Trustee Scholarship awards a new $100,000 scholarship endowment to students with disabilities at Penn State Erie.
The endowment will expand educational opportunites for disabled students and assist them with their financial needs, reinforcing the campus' ongoing efforts to supprt a diverse student population.
