Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County Receives Challenge Grant

Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County successfully met the requirements of a challenge grant offered by a Fairfield County Community Foundation, receiving an $15,000 challenge grant to support the salary of an additional worker in its family services department.

Bruce Berzin, Habitat co-president said they are grateful for the opportunity, which helped them raise funds for this needed additional position and also helped raise awareness of the importance of the family services department's work.
