Peter G. Davis of New York Times reports that the 41st annual George London Foundation Awards Competition for singers is happening this week. There will be 90 participating young singers who will receive grants.
Davis says the nurturing process of London is evident until today not only through immediate financial assistance but also with the same sort of sensible continuing advice, perceptive teaching and moral.
