Greater Green Bay Community Foundation claims a 29% increase in charitable giving over the holidays of the year 2011. Despite the tough economy periods, together with its donors, the foundation was able to support organizations in the community.

The community foundation provides funding for human services, educational, arts and culture and environmental programs.
