Despite being arraigned, Robert K. Mericle continues his philanthropic acts.
He offered his warehouse located in CenterPoint Commerce and Trade Park in Jenkins Township to the U.S. Marine Corps to house the 8,000 toys for their Toys for Tots program.
As part of his plea agreement, Mericle has set aside funds which are to be used for programs involving the youth.
