About Us
The Hillsboro City Council in conjunction with the local community foundation is pursuing a three year plan to create and advertise endowment programs to support arts initiatives.
Many leaders of local arts programs believe the the city is being unrealistic in its approach and has the potential of diverting funds from more immediate needs of arts organizations.
