Foundation: Connecticut Community Foundation, Fairfield County Community Foundation, Moore Foundation, Hartford Foundation for Public Giving
One of the ten community partners selected to introduce the new state program of connecticut, EarnBenefits Online, is the Family & Children's Agency.
The new state program is designed to help low-income families become more self-sufficient. It is offered to Agency clients as well as clients of Norwalk's Open Door Shelter.
