Minneapolis Foundation Awards Nearly $5 Million in Grants
Foundation: Knight Foundation, McKnight Foundation, Minneapolis Foundation
The grants fall into three categories: civic engagement, education, and economic vitality.
Grant recipients include the Friendship Academy of the Arts, a K-6 charter school in South Minneapolis.
The Family Partnership offers math and literacy, motor development, and developmental therapies at two multicultural therapeutic preschools in Minneapolis.
Way to Grow provides high-quality preschools, home visiting, support services, and health and parent-engagement programs.
