Vermont artist Noa Younse of Richmond has been selected as the artist to develop a public art design for the Windsor Superior Courthouse in White River Junction.
The courthouse building is currently undergoing renovations, which are estimated to be completed sometime in early 2026.
The commission is part of the Art in State Buildings Program, a partnership between the Vermont Arts Council and the Vermont Department of Buildings and General Services.

Weston Mill-based social enterprise Surplus Rescue CIC (Community Interest Company) recycles and finds homes for unwanted furniture. To date, it has received “extensive amounts” of quality second-hand furniture including desks, pedestals, cupboards and office chairs from a former local authority office equipment – and wants to find them a good home.
