BPUM achieved crop identification 1 to 2 months earlier than traditional methods with over 94% overall accuracy.
Early mapping allows for more efficient use of water, fertilizers, and labor.
The model contributes to sustainable agriculture practices by reducing dependence on labor-intensive ground surveys and enabling precision interventions that minimize environmental impact.
