Sebi proposes broadening the definition of Not-for-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and expanding eligible activities to include welfare for disadvantaged groups and promoting arts and culture as social enterprises.

Regulator has suggested to replace "social impact assessment firm" with "social Impact assessment organization"
