FMC Corporation launched its venture arm in 2020.
The venture arm backed the likes of Traive, Agrospheres, Niqo Robotics, Micropep Technologies, Guardian Agriculture, and Trace Genomics.
In November 2024, FMC completed the sale of its Global Specialty Solutions business to environmental science company Envu.
FMC Ventures continues to operate and manage its existing portfolio of investments under the leadership of Zack Zaki.
