Philanthropic donations jumped 96%, Low Tuck Kwong Foundation the largest giver.
The foundation donated $101 million to the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in 2023.
The total amount of grants hit $431 million, a 96 per cent jump from $220 million the year before.
Forty organisations distributed more than $1 million each, and the top 10 accounted for $338 million in total grants.
