About Us
The school division is finding creative ways to address the issue while working to retain its great teachers.
Over the past two years, teachers, specifically, have experienced over a 15% pay increase, and this is all while shielding increasing health care costs.
The Career Ladder Program also offers additional compensation as teachers earn more qualifications.
About 11% of our classroom teacher positions that are provisionally licensed.
