Nonprofit Looking For Artists to Create Memorial For Omaha Community Organizer

The proposed sculpture is a memorial to an Omaha woman who died suddenly in 2020.

Kali Baker helped raise nearly $60 million for charity over eight years.

Baker died four years ago after her breast cancer returned.

Her family hopes to honor her legacy with a permanent piece of art in a popular park in the Omaha area.

The sculpture is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
