Show Her the Money, a new documentary about the challenges women face in the venture capital world, will have its Vermont premiere Oct.

30.

The Vermont Women's Fund and the Vermont Community Foundation are hosting the event, which will feature a discussion of the issue and a screening of the film, the Burlington Free Press reports.

"For too long, women have not had full access to venture capital funding and it's time to change that story," says Emily Bush, director of the Vermont Women's Fund.
