The press release notes that ATTOM's remote work strategy "focused on accommodating diverse lifestyles and fostering a harmonious work-life balance," as well as providing employees with virtual social events and appreciation gestures, as well as support from a Culture Committee and Employee Networks, which "provided platforms for promoting community, encouraging shared interests, and facilitating personal connections outside traditional work environments."
