Weld Community Foundation

The Weld Community Foundation, whose origins date back over 25 years, is a pool of charitable funds invested for the community's future, and a source of grants for key community projects.

Throughout those years, the Community Foundation has helped to enhance the quality of life in our area by reinvesting more than $8.5 million back into the community in the form of charitable grants, scholarships and project expenses.
