Stratuslive Unveils Latest Platform Enhancements to Empower Nonprofits

You've heard of cloud-based software for nonprofits, but what about cloud-based software for nonprofits themselves? The Wall Street Journal reports on a growing number of nonprofits turning to such software to better manage their fundraising, donor engagement, and other day-to-day operations.

"It's a natural fit for us," says the CEO of Give at Work, a nonprofit that uses a cloud-based solution from StratusLIVE.

"It's a natural fit for the employees of the company, the retirees, the contractors, the new hires, and the other workplace donors."

Among other things, StratusLIVE's new solution allows employees to donate directly to a nonprofit without having to have an employee account.

It also allows nonprofits to engage employees in volunteering, according to a press release from StratusLIVE.

"It's a natural fit for us," says the CEO of Give at Work.

"We're trying to make it as easy as possible for our employees to donate to our cause."

But not everyone is thrilled with the idea of giving to a nonprofit via the cloud.

"I don't think it's a good idea," says the CEO of Give at Work.

"It's not a good use of our time
