National Philanthropic Trust Gets New Ceo

Foundation: Foundation for the Carolinas, National Philanthropic Trust

The National Philanthropic Trust has a new president and CEO.

Holly Welch Stubbing will take over July 1 upon the retirement of Eileen Heisman, who has led the charity since 1998.

Stubbing has been president and CEO of E4E Relief, a national nonprofit that offers emergency financial relief programs for global companies and communities, since 2017.

The Charlotte Business Journal reports she worked for Foundation for the Carolinas, where she led advancement, philanthropic services, investments, and legal affairs.

During that time the foundation grew from $180 million to nearly $4 billion in assets.

"On behalf of everyone at NPT, I want to thank her for 27 years dedicated to NPT's mission of advancing charitable giving and setting the stage for future accomplishments," board chair LindaMyers says in a statement.
