The report recommended the "creation of a favourable environment for philanthropy in West Africa" The report was presented at the Ford Foundation's West African Office, Banana Island, Lagos.
It also called for strengthened collaborations between local and international organisations supporting philanthropy, resourcing of Philanthropy support organisations.
