Lapeer County Community Foundation Honors Leaf 'Golden Apple' Award Winners
Foundation: Lapeer County Community Foundation
The Lapeer County LEAF Program recognizes educators at the end of each school year as "Golden Apple" Award Winners.
The criteria for earning a Golden Apple Award is based on several factors, including program knowledge, active participation as a Steering Committee member, building engagement, participation in program incentives and events.
There are nearly 4,000 students actively saving for post-secondary education and future careers with a dedicated LEAF student savings account.
