New Philanthropy Officer, Elizabeth Cogburn Birnie, helps determine donor strategy, establish systems that support an effective fundraising operation.
Alex Rubin, Carolyn Ripps, and Elizabeth Birnie join the Community Foundation's Advancement team.
Their collective expertise will strengthen the overall team's work toward achieving the 3 main goals that we set out.
