The funding provides support to Black-led, Black-empowering and Black-serving organizations in the Inland Empire.
The fund has received significant support from The California Endowment, The James James Foundation and more than 50 donors.

Foundation Provides Interest-free Loans to Start Up Social Enterprises
The Charities Aid Foundation has set up a scheme, called the Social Enterprise Assist, that will render interest-free loans of up to £10,000 each to help social enterprise start-ups.
