The Indianapolis Foundation awards Indy Public Safety Foundation received a $100,000 grant to fight crime in the city.
The funds will be disseminated as "mini grants" to projects and programs in an effort to lower the crime rate throughout the area. The funds will also help in tackling the pressing issue of crime often happening in the surroundings.
