Several Foundations are offering upto half a billion dollars to match federal grants that encourage education reform which will take the pressure off schools scrambling to find matching dollars they need to get the money.

Among the foundations offering money are Annie E. Casey Foundation, Gates Foundation, Carnegie Corporation of New York, Charles Stewart Foundation, Ford Foundation, and Wallace Foundation.
