About Us
Women's Club and Community Foundation Creates Scholarship Fund
Foundation: Community Foundation of Washington County
The Women's Club has joined forces with the Community Foundation of Washington County MD Inc. to establish a scholarship fund to provide financial support to nontraditional female students pursuing career training or other post-secondary education.
The first award will be made from the fund in 2013 as the scholarship committee hopes to positively impact women who have experienced a life-altering event, and to encourage their educational growth and self-sufficiency.
